Nursery Happenings
for the month of June
It is hard to believe that this fabulous school year is coming to an end. This class has had a wonderful first year of school. They have made many new friends, learned a-lot of new things and had tons of fun. This week we will be preparing for our much anticipated Teddy Bear Healthy Picnic. We will be learning about summer health and safety practices. We will talk about healthy food choices for ourselves and our Teddy Bears, Sun Safety; sunglasses, sunscreen and hats, as well as stranger safety.
Wednesday, June 9 is our Teddy Bear Picnic day. Children should bring in their favorite Teddy Bear or favorite stuffed animal, as well as their parents!! We will have a fun time sharing our daily routine with all of you.
Thank you for a wonderful school year and for sharing your precious children with us. It has been an honor to be their first teachers. Have a Great Summer and we look forward to seeing you in September.
