Parent Conferences
Parent conferences are offered after the progress reports have been sent home.
Parents may request a conference at any time.
Parent Involvement
Parents are welcome to visit or volunteer in the classroom but are asked to coordinate the visit with the classroom teacher in advance.
Parents Advisory Board
The role of the parents Advisory Board (P.A.B.) is to enhancethe schools environment by making it a safe and happy place for the children to grow and learn.
The P.A.B. achieves this primarily throughfundraising activities, which allows the school to purchase needed items.(In past years, the P.A.B. events have raised money to purchase an alarmsystem, a new computer and a new copier for the school.
The P.A.B. meets on the first Wednesday of every month (October-June) at 7:30 PM in the school playroom. All parents are invited to attendany and all meetings.

Summer Greetings!
Before we get lost in the lazy, hazy days of summer, I wanted to send along to you some important information regarding the beginning of school.
Enclosed you will find the school calendar for the 2007 –2008 school year. Please notice the beginning day of school for your child.
*We will have a special Visit the School Day with children and parents on Thursday, August 30th from 9:00AM – 11:00AM. You are invited to come to meet the staff and look around the school and play areas. Sr. Christine’s class of 4/5-day option Four-year-olds will begin on Wednesday, September 5th. Miss Beth’s MWF Four-year-old and Miss Annie’s MWF Three-year-olds will begin on Monday, September 10th. *Our Tue./Thur. Three-year-old orientation days will be September 5, 6, and 7. Your child will be assigned one of these days to come to school for the morning. You will receive a mailing at the beginning of August with more specific details. The regular program will begin on Tuesday, September 11th.
Due to state regulations, we must schedule staff meetings for our school staff. On the first Fridays of the month, there will be no extended day offered. Children will need to be picked up at the 11:30/11:45 dismissal time. These are the dates in advance so that you may plan accordingly. They are:
- Friday, September 7
- Friday, October 5
- Friday, November 2
- Friday, December 7
- Friday, January 4
- Friday, February 1
- Friday, March 7
- Friday, April 4
- Friday, May 2
- Friday, June 6
The next mailing you will receive will be around July 15th. It will contain the Tuition Coupon Book. The August 1st mailing will contain the necessary forms required before school begins.

Fundraising
Tuition provides part of the total cost of education. Fundraising is used to purchase items for the school and to fund special school activities. All fundraising is done in conjunction with the Parent Advisory Board. All fundraising activities are held with parental knowledge and consent
