Admission

Application Procedure

Application Forms are available throughout the year for the coming September. Parents may pick-up a form or request a form by mail. We requestthat all forms be returned to the school by the end of January. Starting in February, we begin the process to determine our enrollment for the coming September. At that time, parents will receive a registration packet if we have an opening for their child. The registration form and $100.00 non-refundable registration fee is due by the end of February. If we do not have sufficient space, parents are sent a letter of regret and are kept on the waiting list. Our school capacity is mandated by the State Office of Child Care Services.

Admissions

Students are admitted to the Center in accordance with the following Admission priorities:

2 Day Three Year Old (Tues. and Thurs.)
  • child must be 3 by Sept. 1
  • sibling in the school
  • alumni of the school (family members attended)

Cultural Fund

In September, a $75.00 per family ($100.00 for two or more children) Cultural Fund fee is collected to assist with special supplies and guest presenters for the children. Checks are made out to Carmelite Cultural Fund.
